[Sino Biological]( [IL6: A Pleiotropic Inflammatory Cytokine]( [Interleukin 6 (IL-6)]( is a pro-inflammatory cytokine involved in immune responses, hematopoiesis, bone metabolism, and embryonic development. Elevated IL-6 is observed in patients with microbial infections and other inflammatory conditions. Targeting IL-6 has important clinical implications for diagnosing, managing, and preventing infectious diseases. The pro-inflammatory function of IL-6 is regulated by a trans-signaling process involving soluble IL-6R (sIL-6R) and [gp130]( receptor. The production of sIL-6R is activated by [IL-1beta]( and [TNF-alpha](. These two pro-inflammatory cytokines induce the proteolytic cleavage of [IL-6R]( by activating [ADAM10]( and [ADAM17](. Unlike most other soluble receptors (e.g. [IL-1RA]( and [IL-18BP]( sIL-6R is NOT an inhibitor of IL-6. Instead, it activates IL-6 signaling by forming a complex with IL-6 and gp130. [10398-h08h] Human IL-6R (cat#: [10398-H08H]( enhance the IL-6 activity on M1 mouse myeloid leukemia cells. The ED50 is typically 20-80 ng/mL. Sino Biological has developed a panel of high-quality recombinant IL-6 and receptor proteins to support the study of this cytokine. Recombinant IL-6 and Receptors Sino Biological has developed bioactive recombinant IL-6 cytokines from various species, such as human, mouse, rat, rhesus, and pig. • Featured IL-6 Protein Human IL-6 Protein: 10395-HNAE High-purity Low-endotoxin Tag-free [10700-H03H] > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE [10584-HNAE] [10584-HNAE] Cell proliferation assay using TF-1 human erythroleukemic cells Batch-to-batch Consistency • Bioactive Recombinant IL-6 from Multiple Species Species Cat# Activity Validated Human [10395-HNAE]( Bind to Human IL-6R Cell proliferation Mouse [50136-MNAE]( Cell proliferation Rat [80076-RNAE]( Cell proliferation Rhesus [90197-CNAE]( Cell proliferation Sus scrofa (Pig) [62006-WNAE]( Bind to Human IL-6R ([10398-H08H]( • Recombinant Membrane-bound IL-6 Receptor: IL-6R IL-6 demonstrates limited cross-species bioactivity. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
