Our two oldest kids go back to school tomorrow (first and third grade), so this week has been all about buying supplies and fitting in the last bits of summer fun. A lot of people emailed about recipe ideas for special diets, so I wanted to share some of my favorite recipes that are naturally gluten-free and dairy-free. What's so great about these crockpot freezer meals? - Like all of my recipes, they can be frozen without any cooking ahead of time. Simply combine the ingredients in plastic freezer bags and freeze for up to three months. - They cook for the first time out of the freezer and don’t taste like leftovers at all.
