Cooking at Home
Maybe itâs a spring thing, but weâre craving eggs. And while supermarket supplies vary, weâve found that our local farms have them readily available. [Shirred Eggs with Bacon]( (shirred being a fancy term for eggs baked in a shallow dish) are tasty and versatile: Just line each cup of a muffin tin with bacon or ham and drop in an egg, some vegetables, cream, and Parmesan. Substitute spinach, tomatoes, zucchini, or mushrooms for the peppers in our recipe, if youâd like, and vegetarians can skip the meat altogether. Plus, any firm cheese will do. [GET THE RECIPE](
