Adding FBYD to watchlist. Hi , There is one stock just appeared on my [Insider Spy Pro]( radar, and I wanted to share some thoughts on it after 5 minutes analysis with my newest software. It's FBYD (Falcons Beyond Global, Inc.)-entertainment development enterprise, with the headquarters in Orlando, FL. It generated 1st Bebex (Big Badaboom Explosion) flag today. The company was established 2 years ago, and is publicly traded since Oct of last year. It's been moving sideways since then, trading around $10 per share. Today it appeared on ISP radar screen like this: There is the big insider buy 4 days ago, for over $6M. And it has been filed to SEC at 4:30pm today. Now it looks more interesting.. The amount of 1,745,906 shares were purchased at the price of $3.62 per share, with current stock price at $11.66. Here is how SEC Form 4 looks like, in Insider Spy Pro: Insider buyer is Katmandu Ventures LLC, with manager Jill Markey acquiring and disposing huge amount of shares for various reasons since Feb of this year. The last one filed today, is saying: "Katmandu Ventures, LLC ("Katmandu") received 1,745,906 shares of Class A Common Stock from a third party in exchange for the assignment of $6,316,977 in indebtedness owed to Katmandu by the Issuer. Of such shares, 1,230,000 are subject to transfer restrictions until October 6, 2025." So Jill exchanged $6M debt FBYD owed him, to equal number of shares at $3.62, which is 3 times lower than actual today price of the stock. With obligation to hold it for the next 16 months. There is no news on that company. Not optionable so no unusual options activity. I would say, something is going on with this company, but it's not clear yet. It's clear though, that it's not on terminating way for the next year, and not going lower than $5, but would Jill exchange $6m owed to him by FBYD to something that is much lower at market value? I don't think so. Does he know something nobody else doesn't know yet? Definitely. Let's put it into our watchlist and keep an eye on it for the next 2 weeks.
