Are you a revenge trader? I have to admit it. I've traded for almost three decades. I took my first trade back in college - first some options (anyone remember the Tylenol scare?), then it was hello pork bellies :)  Yet, after all that time, I still fall victim to revenge trading on occasion. Do you? You might wonder what revenge trading is? Have you ever traded, the day isn't going well, and then you break all the rules, throw caution to the wind and double down. You increase your position size. Double it. Triple it. Keep trading after your standard quitting time. You go and go, and the losses get deeper and deeper. The worst thing that can happen? It actually works. Now, that behavior gets reinforced, and ultimately, it will breakdown and cause you pain.  I remember back in my younger, carefree, and quite foolish days, a few friends of mine thought us geniuses had cracked the code on roulette. Yes, roulette. Like I said, young and dumb.  It's math. Just keep doubling your bet on each loss, and with near 50% odds, you will always eventually come out ahead. Sure, that is until the $20 bet is now $40, $80, $160, $320, $640, $1280 (at that point all to get back the original $20!)  Looked great on paper. In reality? Soul crushing anxiety & failure. Revenge trading works much in the same way. You over trade, you rapidly increase position size, you do all you can to "just make it back," then promise you'll quit.  Most times, you are left with a significant loss on the day.  I found the one way to beat revenge trading is to have a system with rock-solid rules, a clear circuit breaker, and make sure you are involved in the markets for the least amount of time possible. Less exposure is always better.  You make a promise to yourself that for the next 30 days you will NEVER veer from the rules. That's all it takes. The habit becomes programmed. The results speak for themselves. We want to share our best day trading system with you on Tuesday, April 6th @ 12pm Eastern (New York Time.) Not only does it solve the dangers of revenge trading, but it can also be done usually in 10 minutes a day, sometimes less, sometimes a bit more. This is a trading system you will be glad to stick to. No revenge needed. We've even developed brand new trade plans for 2021 you must see that we'd like to share with you. Join us here: [Go Here - Join Us For Our Live, Quick Strike Day Trading Virtual Event]( See you there, Mark Soberman NetPicks       FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; NOT ADVICE.
