I’m amazed at what we’ve achieved together [National Education Association](   [EdAction logo]( Hi {NAME}, Over winter break, I had some time to sit and reflect on all we did together last year. When I looked over some of our wins, I was amazed. [Take a look at some of what we accomplished together in 2023.]( Across our nation, from Portland, Oregon to Montgomery, Alabama—and everywhere in between—we won things like paid family leave, more instructional time, free school meals, gun violence prevention measures, and, of course, the pay raises that help educators stay in the jobs we love. [See what happened in New York, and add your own win to our map.]( [map of the United States with wins in some areas.]( [Wins in 2023 ➤]( When we come together and stand in our power—with purpose—we deliver big changes for our students and educators in our public schools and campuses. We won’t stop until each and every school in our nation has the resources our students deserve. Here’s to a prosperous 2024.
