Educators deserve to retire with dignity

Tell Congress to do the right thing [National Education Association](   [EdAction logo]( {NAME}, For too long, laws like the Government Pension Offset (GPO) and the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) have robbed public service workers—including my fellow public school educators—of their hard-won retirement benefits. Let me get right to it: next week might be our chance to have these harmful laws repealed once and for all. The sponsors of H.R. 82 have filed a petition that House members can sign to force a floor vote after all these years. But we need your help to get 218 members—or even more—to sign the petition.
