[Facebook]( Hey there! Over the past couple of days you've possibly already noticed several on-site issues, but if not here's to name a few of them: - potential loss/reset of "display stats", i.e. total game plays, or achievement progress etc. - random display bugs due to missing stats - longer cashout times than usual These issues have happened due to an unexpected Redis database crash (which is essentially a quicker-to-access database, super useful for storing various stats in a performant way). While we also store everything in a more traditional SQL database, the nature of recovering/recalculating all of these "redis stats" is not straightforward, and in certain rare exceptions practically impossible. Unfortunately the issues are also causing us some problems processing certain cashouts (primarily LTC & BTC). To add onto that complexity, us not currently having 24/7 available staff that an resolve such issues quickly, it unfortunately means that full resolution to these issues might still take a few days. We are trying to resolve all of these issues as fast as possible with our currently limited staff and resources. Be assured - these issues will be all solved ;) Once we are through them, and also have a better understanding of what sort of "display stats" are potentially not 100% recoverable, we will provide a more thorough update. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused - especially with delayed cashouts - as that is the most important thing to you, and to us! As always in the past after such issues, once sorted, we will make sure to provide you some sort of compensation/bonuses to help make up for the lost time and annoyances. Again, thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to resolve these issues. Greetings, The paidverts team []( []( LINSTOW LP.
