WAEC GCE (1st Series) CBT 2024 registration is ongoing

This is to inform the general public and intending candidates that registration for the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for private candidates 2024 - first series has commenced. Registration for the exam currently costs N27,000. Sales of pins will close on January 22nd, 2024.. Please carefully read all content of this page to successfully register for the 2024 GCE. Candidates are also informed that all WAEC Past Questions, both objective and theory, together with their solutions and answers, are now available. Note this is the first time WAEC is using CBT. It would do candidates a lot of good to prepare for the exam using the Myschool WAEC CBT software or the Myschool WAEC CBT Mobile App . This will help candidates to get familiar with the CBT environment and cover WAEC Past questions as well. Examination commences January 31st to February 17th, 2024. Mock examination will take place on the 23rd and 24th January, 2024 in all registeerd CBT centres for WASSCE for private candidates, 2024 First Series. The examination will be computer based test. The objective papers will be fully CBT, while the essay and test of practical examinations will be hybrid examination where the questions will be displayed on the screen and the candidates will capture the answers on paper. We advise candidates to prepare for the exam using the Myschool WAEC CBT software or the Myschool WAEC CBT Mobile . This will help candidates get familiar with the CBT environment and cover WAEC Past questions as well.
