Although certain diets or fitness plans sound good on paper, the reality is wildly different: We're humans... with awesome flaws... with days where we just want to munch that yummy desert... and without the perfect discipline to execute 'the plan' like a soulless robot would. And you know what? That's perfectly fine! It's actually beautiful. It's how we humans are. We're tough and weak at the same time...
