We are pursuing a lawsuit that will have major ramifications come November {NAME},  My name is David B. Wheeler I am the Co-Founder of the American Muckraker’s PAC and directing our initiative to fire Congresswoman Lauren Boebert.  In 2022, American Muckrakers PAC put ourselves on the map when we released damaging footage of GOP extremist Madison Cawthorn acting inappropriately with a member of his Congressional staff. The video we released made its way across the national media landscape and would ultimately play a key role in Cawthorn’s defeat in the 2022 North Carolina Republican primary.  After completing our mission to fire Cawthorn, we set our sights on Lauren Boebert and made an even bigger impact by releasing a treasure trove of factual and damaging information which called into question her so-called “conservative values.” Some of the media buzz our work garnered in 2022 and 2023. Among the information we shared with CO-03 voters included exposing Boebert’s alleged financial misdeeds, alleged drug use, fights with her neighbors, criminal past, and her alleged work as an unregistered paid escort.  Because of the traction our Boebert exposés gained in the media, we did all the tough work fighting to expose Boebert to her voters while the Democratic nominee for CO-03, who lost by only 546 votes, stayed above the fray, and never had to go negative.  In response to our efforts, Boebert threatened us on Fox News, Sean Hannity’s radio show, Mike Huckabee’s show, and Tomi Lahren’s fake news show, defamed our staff, and tried to deflect our claims with threats of legal action. Enough is enough and I am writing to you today to let you know that we are once again taking the fight to her.  We now have a blockbuster defamation case pending against Boebert in the U.S. District Court of Colorado. The lawsuit was filed in Federal court in June and is now entering into its seventh month. Most recently the judge presiding over the case dismissed Boebert’s lawyers request to suppress discovery. Presently the Boebert campaign is hemorrhaging tens of thousands in campaign contributions on one of Colorado's preeminent right wing law firms as they try and fail to get the case dismissed. Lauren Boebert’s massive legal bill from the firm representing her in our lawsuit as reported on her 2023 Q3 and Q4 FEC reports. Why are they spending so much? Because they know that this case has the potential to destroy the Boebert campaign.  Once we reach the later stages of the trial, the lawsuit will require a videotaped deposition from Boebert herself where she will have to answer questions under oath about her Jan 6th activities, her finances, alleged drug use, criminal record, alleged abortions and her alleged work as an escort. We plan on releasing this videotaped deposition to the public, with the Judge's permission, and using it for ads and more against Boebert.  Do you want to help take down Boebert {NAME}?  Boebert is more vulnerable than ever after moving to a new district out of desperation from polls that showed her getting crushed in November. Helping us fund our lawsuit is one of the most effective ways to destroy her reelection prospects - every dollar we bleed from her campaign in legal costs is a dollar that she can’t spend on reaching skeptical voters in her new district.  [Can we count on you to chip in $10 or whatever you can spare to help us bring this vital information on Boebert to light? The lawsuit expenses aren't cheap, but it is essential that the voters of Boebert’s new congressional district learn who their Congresswoman really is:]( [CONTRIBUTE $10]( [CONTRIBUTE $25]( [CONTRIBUTE $100]( [CONTRIBUTE $15]( [CONTRIBUTE $50]( [CONTRIBUTE $250]( [Multiply your impact with a monthly contribution]( or [make a donation via PayPal]( Together we will destroy the Boebert campaign and rid Congress of a national disgrace.  David Wheeler Co-Founder & President  American Muckrakers PAC   [DONATE]( To contribute via check, please address to:  PO BOX 51  Spruce Pine, NC 28777 Sent via [ActionNetwork.org](.
