Let's find out![Read more]( --------------------------------------------------------------- Finance Update w/ Saffron Olive --------------------------------------------------------------- [Quest for Pure Flame](for+Pure+Flame#paper) [Myr Reservoir](of+Mirrodin/Myr+Reservoir#paper) [Tyvar, Jubilant Brawler](Will+Be+One/Tyvar+Jubilant+Brawler#paper) This week in the world of Magic finance, most of the big news comes from Phyrexia: All Will Be One spoilers. The biggest winner of the week was [Quest for Pure Flame](for+Pure+Flame#paper) which shot up more than 600% to $3 after being essentially a bulk uncommon a few days ago. The enchantment forms a two-card combo with [All Will Be One](Will+Be+One/All+Will+Be+One#paper). If you get both on the battlefield and damage your opponent in any way, you'll start an infinite loop with [Quest for Pure Flame](for+Pure+Flame#paper) getting a counter which will trigger [All Will Be One](Will+Be+One/All+Will+Be+One#paper) to deal damage and this will keep happening until the opponent is dead. There are a bunch of other cards that combo similarly with [All Will Be One](Will+Be+One/All+Will+Be+One#paper) like [Talon of Pain](2022/Talon+of+Pain#paper), [The Red Terror](40K+Commander+Decks/The+Red+Terror#paper) (also up around 600% to abound $5), and [War Elemental](Elemental#paper). It wouldn't be a surprise to see more of these cards shoot up in coming weeks as players build around [All Will Be One](Will+Be+One/All+Will+Be+One#paper). We're still seeing a lot of movement with Myr related cards thanks to the new five-color Myr commander [Urtet, Remnant of Memnarch](All+Will+Be+One+Commander/Urtet+Remnant+of+Memnarch#paper). While last weeks big winners - [Myr Turbine](Besieged/Myr+Turbine#paper) and [Myr Matrix](Matrix#paper) - have leveled off at $14 and $22 respectively, the big gainer this week was [Myr Reservoir](of+Mirrodin/Myr+Reservoir#paper) which jumped nearly 300% to $4. Keep an eye on [Myr Galvanizer](of+Mirrodin/Myr+Galvanizer#paper). While it is just an uncommon, the Myr lord with combo potential only has one printing more than a decade ago in Scars of Mirrodin. While it has crept up in recent weeks, it's still just $2. Considering other uncommons from the same set like [Grafted Exoskeleton](All+Will+Be+One+Commander/Grafted+Exoskeleton#paper) and [Exsanguinate](2022/Exsanguinate#paper) are in the $6 range, it seems like [Myr Galvanizer](of+Mirrodin/Myr+Galvanizer#paper) might still have room to grow as people build their Urtet decks. Finally in #MTGONE itself, [Tyvar, Jubilant Brawler (borderless)](Will+Be+One/Tyvar+Jubilant+Brawler-borderless#paper) show up more than 200% this week to $20. When Tyvar was spoiler I thought it was a bad [Grist, the Hunger Tide (showcase)](Horizons+2/Grist+the+Hunger+Tide-showcase#paper) in Modern, but the more I considered what [Tyvar, Jubilant Brawler (borderless)](Will+Be+One/Tyvar+Jubilant+Brawler-borderless#paper) can do, the more I became convinced it is one of the best Modern cards in the set. It seems perfect for decks looking to combo with cheap creatures, with [Devoted Druid](Masters+2022/Devoted+Druid#paper) combo decks being the most obvious example, although it could also find a home in Elves or even some unique Stoneblade builds. While I think that [Tyvar, Jubilant Brawler (borderless)](Will+Be+One/Tyvar+Jubilant+Brawler-borderless#paper) was likely underpriced a week ago at $5, at $20 I think it's a sell. There is a ton of value in Phyrexia: All Will Be One, with two mythics currently in the $70 price range. There just isn't enough room for a rare like Tyvar to stick at $20, even if it does end up as a strong Modern option. --------------------------------------------------------------- Podcast 417: What's the Matter with Jace? --------------------------------------------------------------- The crew talks Phyrexia: All Will Be One spoilers and speculates on what the new Battle card type might be![Read more]( --------------------------------------------------------------- This Week in Legacy: Till the Day that All Are One --------------------------------------------------------------- Joe Dyer dives into Phyrexia: All Will Be One for Legacy![Read more]( --------------------------------------------------------------- Commander Clash Podcast 079: We Rate Your Cards Tier List --------------------------------------------------------------- We asked you for your favorite pet cards, tech cards, or just cards you wanted our opinion on. Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
