While there hasn't been a ton of price movement yet, perhaps in part because so much of the set leaked early causing prices to move a few weeks ago, the set is still having an impact on the market. One of the most interesting themes of the set is Gates. So far we've seen two of the best Gates ever printed in the set in [Gond Gate](Legends+Battle+for+Baldurs+Gate/Gond+Gate#paper) and [Baldur's Gate](Legends+Battle+for+Baldurs+Gate/Baldurs+Gate#paper), which is pushing up [Maze's End](Cards:Foil/Mazes+End#paper)'s price (up 28% to $11 on the week). We know that there are still a bunch more Gates to be revealed in the set (I believe Wizards said there are ten in all), and if they are anything close to the power level of [Gond Gate](Legends+Battle+for+Baldurs+Gate/Gond+Gate#paper) and [Baldur's Gate](Legends+Battle+for+Baldurs+Gate/Baldurs+Gate#paper), it seems likely that the Gate manabase will be the best manabase for budget-conscious Commander players who don't have access to fetches and shocks. Unless [Maze's End](Cards:Foil/Mazes+End#paper) gets reprinted in the set, I expect its price to continue to rise. Most of the good Gate cards are commons and uncommons which should help keep their price in check, but [Maze's End](Cards:Foil/Mazes+End#paper) is a mythic and will be a key part to essentially every Gate manabase, not just as a finisher, but as a way to tutor up key Gates like [Gond Gate](Legends+Battle+for+Baldurs+Gate/Gond+Gate#paper) and [Baldur's Gate](Legends+Battle+for+Baldurs+Gate/Baldurs+Gate#paper). I'd lean towards picking up my copies now. Even if [Maze's End](Cards:Foil/Mazes+End#paper) gets reprinted, I think the demand will be enough to keep its price from crashing too much. If it isn't reprinted, shooting up to $20 or more seems likely. Speaking of underappreciated mythics on the rise, [Worst Fears](into+Nyx/Worst+Fears#paper) jumped 131% to nearly $8 this week as players start building [Zevlor, Elturel Exile](Legends+Battle+for+Baldurs+Gate/Zevlor+Elturel+Exile#paper) decks. While it costs a lot of mana to get going, if you can use [Zevlor, Elturel Exile](Legends+Battle+for+Baldurs+Gate/Zevlor+Elturel+Exile#paper)'s ability to copy [Worst Fears](into+Nyx/Worst+Fears#paper), you'll get to control all of your opponents next turns, which should be pretty hilarious (at least for the Zevlor player) and will also probably win you the game. The problem with cards like [Worst Fears](into+Nyx/Worst+Fears#paper) is that they aren't considered to be fun by most players, which probably limits its ceiling. I expect that many [Zevlor, Elturel Exile](Legends+Battle+for+Baldurs+Gate/Zevlor+Elturel+Exile#paper) players will leave the sorcery on the sidelines for the sanity of their playgroups. This said, as a fairly old one-print mythic, it doesn't take that much demand for a card like [Worst Fears](into+Nyx/Worst+Fears#paper) to spike, and it wouldn't be a surprise if it ticked up a bit more over the next couple of weeks as we move through Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate spoiler season. Finally in the world of 60 card formats, Streets of New Capenna rare [Unlicensed Hearse](of+New+Capenna/Unlicensed+Hearse#paper) doubled up to just under $5 this week thanks to an increasing amount of play from Standard all the way back to Legacy. Graveyard hate that can also end up being the biggest creature on the battlefield is a potent combination, and will likely continue to see increased play as more players realize its power. While hitting $15+ like fellow New Capenna rare [Ledger Shredder](of+New+Capenna/Ledger+Shredder#paper) (which increased in price once again this week, up to an unsustainable $17) is unlikely, when you consider that [Unlicensed Hearse](of+New+Capenna/Unlicensed+Hearse#paper) also shows up in Vehicle Commander decks like [Magda, Brazen Outlaw](em>Kaldheim/Magda+Brazen+Outlaw#paper) and [Shorikai, Genesis Engine](Neon+Dynasty+Commander/Shorikai+Genesis+Engine#paper), a continuing slow climb seems very possible. --------------------------------------------------------------- 5,521,397,077,432,461,029,947,804,689,821,620,361,960,881,777,736,309,244,130,019 Damage in Standard --------------------------------------------------------------- How much damage is it possible to deal in Streets of New Capenna Standard? Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
