And the meetings were postponed to allow the Consortium to seek to finalize a preliminary agreement with The WindAcre Partnership LLC, the beneficial owner of 27% of Nielsen’s ordinary shares. Nielsen and the Consortium remain bound to the terms of the definitive agreement. Upstart Holdings (Nasdaq: UPST) Upstart Holdings is down 12.46% premarket after delivering a lower-than-expected revenue forecast for the current quarter. Second-quarter revenue of $228 million fell from $310 million in quarter one. The company also issued Q3 guidance that trailed consensus estimates on Monday.
