Hi {NAME} Welcome to MSP Friday Flywheel, my email to get your marketing wheel turning and make it go faster. Paul's musings: Yes the world does need more webinars Within the channel we are bombarded with webinars. Every day dozens of vendors run them. There are so many you've probably got into a habit of registering for them, then either not attending (you'll get the recording) or having it on in the background while you do "proper work". Right? But here's the thing... your experience of webinars is not the experience that ordinary business owners and managers have. In their world they are not bombarded with webinars every day. They might only be invited to a handful every year. And that's why I recommend you start a regular webinar. Because the trick in marketing is getting the right message in front of the right person at the right time. When someone is on your website, that's the PERFECT time to invite them to a webinar. If they're thinking of switching MSPs, you want them to spend time listening to you be THE technology expert. Better still, you can use automated platforms like Webinarjam to ensure you always have a webinar ready to go, 24 hours a day. And don't overthink the content. It could be on cyber security, productivity, or a topic like "5 ways any business can improve profitability with their technology". You going to do it? Hit reply and let me know. From the web: 9 psychology concepts used in marketing Psychology and marketing are two of my favourite subjects. Combine them together and you've got my attention! This is an interesting short LinkedIn carousel on [common psychology concepts used in marketing]( From my archive: Don’t sell cyber security. Sell “you’ll sleep better at night” (features vs benefits) Selling to business owners and managers is a lot easier when you see the world through their eyes, and understand [why they buy what you sell]( My 3 step lead generation system is trusted by 700+ MSPs worldwide We only supply it to one MSP per area, so your marketing never clashes with a competitor.
