Hi {NAME} Welcome to Friday Flywheel, my email to get your MSP's marketing wheel turning and then make it go faster and faster and faster... Paul's musings: Put on your oxygen mask first I'm exhausted today. It's been a non-stop couple of weeks, finishing the last important details of our new member portal for the MSP Marketing Edge. It launches early next week. The culmination of nearly a year's work. I'm normally bursting with energy, but the last few weeks have depleted me. Doesn't help that as my workload has gone up, so has the number of parenting things I've needed to attend. It's been end of year showcases at my child's school and her many clubs. I need a break! Do you? Business owners like you and me sometimes forget to take proper care of ourselves. We make sure we're there for our staff, our clients, our families. At a cost. And then sometimes we hit 100% empty. It's not pretty when that happens. I've been doing this long enough to recognise mental exhaustion and will take care of myself this weekend. But when I feel like this, I'm always reminded what they tell you in the safety announcements on planes. Put on your own oxygen mask before you help others. That applies in your MSP too. From the web: MarketingExamples.com I subscribe to a lot of marketing newsletters, and this is one I always [jump on the second it arrives]( From my archive: Marketing your MSP is a total mind&*%k. Here’s how to make it simpler There are so many tasks to complete to get great marketing for your MSP, that it can be totally overwhelming. [Here's how to get started]( If you're NOT happy with your MSP's marketing, this is the answer There are 4 big marketing problems which stop all MSPs from generating leads. You can blast them away with my simple but powerful 3 step system that gets you new appointments. My colleague Ben Smith will show you the system we've built inside the MSP Marketing Edge, and how it's the answer to all your marketing problems. No obligation to buy anything, ever. It's a friendly tour not a sales pitch. [Here's his live calendar]( Hit reply with any questions - I reply to every email I get - and have a great weekend.
