President Biden [addressed the United Nations on Tuesday](, announcing a [new partnership]( between the U.S. and Vietnam. On Friday, he announced [the first-ever]( White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention. Ukrainian [President Zelenskyy also met with Biden]( and top U.S. lawmakers on Capitol Hill to [request more aid](, even as some GOP members question [the need for more funding.]( As for Donald Trump, the 77-year-old presidential hopeful â [who has been indicted four times]( and currently faces dozens of [criminal charges]( related to attempts to overturn his 2020 election loss â [stoked the flames]( of GOP infighting this week by calling for a government shutdown unless the prosecutions against him are defunded.
