The U.S. Coast Guard explained in a press conference Thursday that a ['catastrophic implosion']( likely took place and the five-person crew is presumed to have not survived. Saturday marked one year since the Supreme Court ruled in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization that the right to an abortion is not constitutionally protected.
