Kacsmaryk has given the government a week to appeal his decision, and President Joe Biden said his administration will file an appeal. If the ruling does go into effect, it would curtail access to the standard regimen for medication abortion nationwide. Tennessee's Republican-led House voted Thursday to expel two Black Democrats from the state House over their protests on the chamber floor calling for stricter gun safety measures. The unprecedented move sparked controversy nationwide. Former President Donald Trump was arraigned in Manhattan on Tuesday, pleading "not guilty" to all 34 felony counts of falsifying business records related to his alleged role in hush money payments made during his 2016 campaign.
