A sky-high stay with iconic NYC views and other new arrivals

Built around a trout-stocked pond and framed by the silhouettes of mountains, this stay is for adventure seekers who like a little pampering when the day is done (say, an open-air hot tub session or massage in the timber-clad spa). You’ll have earned it, too, hiking or riding the trails, paddling the Yellowstone river, or taking a private tour of the park itself, just 35 minutes away. At Masseria Corsano, deep in Italy’s boot heel, all timekeeping can be done the old way. The farmstead is angled to catch both sunrise and sunset, so you can use measurements like ‘when the shadow reaches there, we’ll have that second aperitivo’. For a broader perspective, pull up a pew in the restaurant, where you can tell the season from whether you’ve plump olives, ripe tomatoes or orchard fruit on your plate. [VIEW HOTEL](   CALI MYKONOS, GREECE Bacchanals and boum-boum beats will feel miles away when you're cosseted inside Cali Mykonos, a Cycladic sanctum on the quiet east side of the island. Its sense of calm comes via the curved 130-metre infinity pool, the private beach at the foot of the resort, and the quarry's worth of dusky marble in every room.
