Wade | Tuesday, July 26 2022] Hi there, As Americans adapt to a country where basic reproductive rights are no longer guaranteed, they must also navigate an internet where even the most personal data can become public. Everything from our internet searches, to our wearable devices, to our period apps leave a record. And that record can be sold, shared, or stolen — and in some of these cases used against us at our most vulnerable. What digital dangers, strategies, and tools do we need to be aware of in this new environment? How can the fight for reproductive rights and bodily freedoms become core tenants of how we build digital futures – impacting products, policy, and practice? And can these futures inspire our lived realities? On Tuesday, July 26, three experts at the intersection of online privacy and digital rights will unpack these questions, and others during a virtual Dialogues & Debates Panel. Watch the panel live at 8am PT/ 11am ET/ 3pm UTC on Mozilla's [Twitter](, [YouTube](dQLrP70Hr/OWNibWxDc01OVGlDNnRqTFFnWDBpVnUyR1RyNHpFdU5zNjBmWFNBVkFEUEJJNlhRTXFIcithaWc4UERoSHBnQUZLZFF0WUs2emZtRUNXalp6TmRwamtFSmJWTkN0dGpMK09xaEF4ZlkyNzA9S0/), and [LinkedIn](. --------------------------------------------------------------- Featured Panelists [Mutale Nkonde] Mutale Nkonde is the founder of AI for the People, a communications firm that seeks to add a technical analysis to racial justice discourse. She is part of the team that introduced the Algorithmic Accountability Act to the US House of Representatives, a member of the Tik Tok Content Moderation Team, and writes widely on race and technology. Her work has appeared in the New York Times, Washington Post and she has recently published an op Ed on the implications of Elon Musk's acquisition of Twitter for Slate. [Jen Caltrider] Jen Caltrider leads *Privacy Not Included at Mozilla. During a rather unplanned stint working on her Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Jen quickly discovered she’s much better at telling stories than writing code. This epiphany led to an interesting career as a journalist covering technology at CNN. Continuing down her random life path, Jen moved from CNN to digital media activism, where she helped pioneer the creative use of digital storytelling to try and leave the world a little better than she found it. That eventually brought her to Mozilla. [Amanda Bennett] Amanda Bennett is Digital Defense Fund’s project manager. Before joining the team at DDF, Amanda was the case manager at Jane’s Due Process, helping young people navigate the Texas judicial bypass process. Outside of work, she volunteers for the Bridge Collective, which provides rides to abortion appointments. [Kenrya Rankin] And moderator Kenrya Rankin, of Mozilla. Kenrya Rankin is Editor on the Mozilla Foundation's Insights team, and an award-winning author, journalist, editorial consultant, producer and podcast host whose work amplifies the lived experiences, advocacy and labor of people of color and shifts the narrative around who deserves liberation, joy, justice and dignity in America. She's also an Alfred Knobler Fellow at Type Media Center. Watch the panel live at 8am PT/ 11am ET/ 3pm UTC on Mozilla's [Twitter](, [YouTube](, and [LinkedIn](.
