So far, our win rate is – 45% – competing in areas where Republicans have won for years. In 2022, we recruited 65,000+ potential candidates into races that otherwise would have gone unchallenged. In 2023, we hope to more than double that number. With our Rural Power Lab, we’re working in rural counties to build up their Democratic Party infrastructure. Through our efforts, we’re aiming to increase Democratic turnout by three percentage points in the next three years – turning red states into purple battlegrounds and turning battlegrounds into Democratic wins! This is exactly what we did in 2022, seeing better Democratic margins for governors in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Kansas – the three states we worked in. We also worked in Arizona, where Democrats swept the top three statewide races for the first time since the 1970s. Every dollar we raise helps expand these programs and our advocacy efforts.
