Although the blue and orange colours were more associated with McLaren in GT racing and at Le Mans, its support goes right back to Bruce himself carrying their logos on his F1 and Can-Am cars. Let’s hope it has more success than the last time we saw a one-off retro scheme in F1, when Mercedes suffered a horrible weekend celebrating its 125th anniversary at Hockenheim in 2019!
