Crime & Punishment
A former senior advisor to the Treasury Departmentâs Financial Crimes Enforcement Network pled guilty to charges that she leaked confidential information to a BuzzFeed reporter.
Natalie Edwards, 41, carried a USB flash drive filled with what reports said were Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). Those reports are filed by the Treasury Department officials when they spot transactions that could indicate money laundering and other financial crimes.
The SARs involved Paul Manafort and others involved in Robert Muellerâs investigation, reported Fox News.
The charges carry up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Fox News reported Edwards reached a plea deal with prosecutors that calls for only zero to six months prison time.

Queen Elizabeth is 93 and needs the Megxit controversy like a hole in the head.
But the Queen is nothing but diplomatic when discussing how Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle announced their desire to step down as senior members of the royal family. And become financially independent. Eventually.
