The Pradiya Foundation was created by Oinak Singh, who grew up at the Ramana’s Garden Children’s Home in Rishikesh, India. Inspired by the generous seva of Prabhavati Deva Dwabha, the founder of Ramana’s Garden, Oinak is now giving back to the village and community of his ancestral home in Oda, Nepal. The Giving Back Summit takes place on 29 and 30 August, 2024. It is possible to buy single event tickets ($22) or a full event pass ($36). 100% of the proceeds will go towards the Pradiya Foundation’s ongoing work in Nepal. [Register for event here]( [About the Pradiya Foundation]( Pradiya comes from the sanskrit words “Pra” and “Diya,” meaning to plant a seed and to bring light. Currently, the Pradiya Foundation is working with children and families living in Oda, a remote village in the mountains of Nepal. These children face a great number of difficulties that impact their life and health. Pradiya has now designed a program called Project Helping HAND. Project Helping HAND stands for: Home, Access to healthcare, Nutrition and Development. These four key topics outline the approach to making sure that every child in Oda has the best chance possible to begin leading healthy, happy lives. Funding for this project would allow the Pradiya Foundation to continue providing a safe environment for children to grow up in, ensuring they are well-fed, receive a quality education, access to counseling services, as well as essential infrastructure developments.
