the mind. Simply stay empty and aware
but not of anything in particular. Let whatever comes come; simply refuse
to engage or control. Remain only aware
of being aware, apart and uninvolved. Spontaneously, it will become clear
and obvious that everything comes and goes
by themselves but yourself is like an empty
and unchanging spaceâpeaceful, content
