If we do nothing now, we will still be in the exact same place as we are today ‌ ‌ ‌

If we do nothing now, we will still be in the exact same place as we are today ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ It's easy to fall into a wait-and-see mentality. When every news story has the markets jumping around like hot buttered popcorn in an air fryer, it sounds like a good idea to just wait and see what happens. But is it? We all have things we know we should be doing but we put them off for any number of excuses. We should work out. "But I don't have time." We should eat healthier. "But I don't like vegetables." We should spend more time with our family. "But I'm just too busy." No matter what we feel we should be doing to improve our lives, if we do nothing now or five or ten years from now, we will still be in the exact same place as we are today. Or worse. Unless we do something now. Our future self is counting on us to put in the work today so we can have a positive outcome in the future. Whatever you value the most right now— family, health, finances—imagine what your future self would say to you if you neglect them today. If suddenly you wake up and Doc comes screaming around the corner in his DeLorean and says, “Marty, you screwed up your future…” Instead, we need to do something today that our future self will thank us for. That's why a wait-and-see mentality can be so damaging. And that's why working to not only protect your money but to put practices in place to create passive income is so vitally important. Your future self is counting on you. Let's fire up the DeLorean and get started on your future—today. Just for fun, hit reply and share with me your favorite Back to the Future quote.
