I had already sold off my investment properties at a huge loss just to make it this far. I vowed I would never invest in real estate again. But I still saw proof that it worked. I still had faith that passive cash flow through real estate was the key to financial independence. I had no faith in myself, but I knew real estate was the vehicle that was going to take me where I wanted to go. I learned some valuable things about buying properties that I would do differently this time. I began to trust myself again. When I bought my first property after this mess, I was terrified. I had so many doubts and a devil on my shoulder whispering in my ear that this was a huge mistake. But I didn't listen. Sometimes we just have to take a leap of faith. We have to run the numbers, gather the information we need, and trust that we have the knowledge necessary to move forward. That's why I completely understand when prospective clients of mine say "I'm not so sure about this." We work hard for our money, and we want to protect it. I also know we can't get out of the rat race without jumping off of the hamster wheel that everyone else is tumbling around and around on. By December 2016 I was financially independent again. It's a blessing I know I can never express enough gratitude for. My way of saying thank you to the universe is by helping you get there, too. Part of my Cashflow Secrets training talks about passive versus active income, and how you, too, can grow your passive income. Because when your passive income exceeds your monthly spending, that's when you become financially free. And it's the greatest gift I can give you. I want you to pick up Cashflow Secrets because there is more valuable information packed in there than Aunt Bethany's jello mold. Let's make your Christmas free.
