Cashflow Index ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ?

Cashflow Index ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ What do  you need to keep your business running? Marketing? Clients? Employees? A great service? Those are all awesome answers, but they are NOT the key to a business' success. Cashflow. Cashflow is what keeps your business and your life going. Whether you like it or not, having much more money coming in than going out makes your life and business run better. And also helps the lives of these around you. When I was scraping by and paying my debts left and right after I became an "upside-down" millionaire, I had to get REALLY good at tracking my money and determining what debts to pay off first. This is my BIGGEST tip for creating more cashflow each month... Use the "Cashflow Index." I made this tool for myself to dig out of debt the RIGHT way (no rice and beans) and have used it ever since with clients when we are figuring out new debt pay down strategies. It is SO simple. You collect all of your debt balances and your MINIMUM monthly payments on those debts. Go through the list one-by-one and divide the loan balance by the minimum monthly payment and you'll get a number. Do this for all your debts. Once you have all the numbers, prioritize paying off the LOWEST numbers first. "Wait, but Chris, shouldn't I pay the highest interest rate off first?" NO! We are focusing on monthly cashflow. The lower number debts are digging into your monthly cashflow more than the higher number debts. Make sense? This is a great strategy to free up money in your personal finances and your business finances. If you want to learn more about this,[here is a video I made explaining the Cashflow Index]( and how it works. Tomorrow I will be going over the way I stopped stressing so much about my business once I got my debts under control. This'll be a good one, so be sure to look out for my email. If you have questions, do not hesitate to reply to this email. Have a good rest of your day!
