Here's how to navigate the looming crisis [Image](   [ARCHIVES]( LIVE]( [Twitter]( [Youtube]( [Instagram]( [Tiktok]( [Discord]( [LinkedIn](   If you’re ready to learn the meaning of “Texas Rich,” [Check it out by clicking here](. NEWS FROM GARRETT {NAME}   May 14, 2023 Dear Reader In the turbulent waters of the financial market, micro-cap bank PacWest (PACW) has found itself in the eye of the storm. Amid a swirl of negative media coverage, the bank has witnessed a significant 9.5% drop in deposits in just a week. This scenario is a stark reminder of past financial crises, shaking investors' confidence and leaving them wary. At the moment, PacWest's stock is trading at $4.50. Selling a spread between one and two dollars offers an intriguing risk-reward trade if the company survives, which I believe it will. I was selling put options on this stock as it rebounded toward $7.50. I have since exited my position in the $3 puts. However, we are edging closer to another banking crisis, with no regulators intervening. The most we have seen are sternly worded letters expressing the intention to investigate short sellers. What is going on here? I cannot grasp where Yellen, Powell, or anyone else is in this situation. As I have mentioned repeatedly, this is a crisis of confidence in leadership. Nobody appears to be stepping forward to alleviate the situation, which is essentially their responsibility. No wonder [all eyes are on hard assets like Gold right now]( with everything going on in this economy. If you missed this week's [5k Gold Breakout Event]( with Tom Gentile, you can check out the biggest trade of the next 90 days [right here](. All my years spent studying fundamental metrics throughout my career seem to be of no use right now. This is a trader's market. What matters is not my analysis of PacWest but the price movement. You should just [trade like Kenny "the Warlock" Glick]( does - trade the VWAP. And if it hits the second standard deviation band, buy it and set a stop. Define your risk up front and trade accordingly. Simply put, don't focus on the analysis, just trade based on the momentum and price. Based in Houston, this energy company is a promising prospect, as I maintain a bullish stance on the energy sector.
