The Federal Open Market Committee - or FOMC - wraps up its two day meeting this afternoon. All eyes will be on the central bank and its latest interest rate policy announcement. Markets are currently giving a 87% probability of a 0.25% interest rate hike, per the CME FedWatch tool.     Any deviation from this 0.25% hike could cause markets to roil. In addition to the rate hike announcement, the FOMC releases a statement, followed by an always interesting press conference from Fed Chair Jerome Powell. Since the market is mostly sure that the Fed will increase rates by 25 basis points, traders and investors will latch on to anything in the Fed's statement or JPow's speech that could shed light on the Fed's policy approach going forward.
