Or rather it shouldn’t. And no, I’m not talking about trading the premarket — that’s up to you to when you decide when you want to trade. I’m talking about planning for your day ahead. A lot of brokers out there allow trading starting at 7:00 am ET. But you don’t always have to get up that early. In fact, from my experience, I’ve found that a lot of trading starts to occur starting at 8:00 am ET. And even if you don’t trade the premarket, 8:00 am is a good time to start defining your levels for the day. What do I mean by that? [You want to start drawing your red lines.]( These lines will define your trading levels on top of what we have with the VWAP. It makes your trading more calculated, and offers you insight into what the trading algorithms are doing. For instance let’s see what I did this morning at 8 am with the QQQ… I had a plan this morning to be bearish with the markets. And I wanted price to confirm my plan. So I saw yesterday that the Q’s couldn’t break 308 on a triple bottom. There was a lot of support there for the bounce to happen. Every time the QQQ hit 308, the algos would swoop in and make it bounce back up. So if we were going to see any bearish action, 308 was going to be the point that they broke down from. The chart above was my view at 8:15 am. And you can see in the video below that it paid off. [Click here]( or the video below to see what happened… And remember, if you want action to the best market prep out there, members of the [Warlock’s World]( get it every day. There’s always profit opportunities to be had out there. And members of my chat are constantly pointing out what they are seeing, trading off new ideas, and executing the ones that I’m targeting.
