Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2022 Catnaps and fixing Netflix stock Hey traders, it's Garrett Many analysts were expecting that big Red Wave coming from Tuesday's midterm elections, but as it turns out, it was all kind of a big snoozer. Just ask Olivia Voz's cat, Jameson, who had no shame sleeping through our entire show this morning. I feel you, Jameson Jameson's appearance on the show was made possible by the fact that Voz decided to work through the hurricane that's about to hit Florida. So yeah, we even trade through hurricanes. You can call that the Money Morning LIVE difference. (But we are professionals, please don't try trading through natural disasters at home). As of this writing, the Dow is down more than 500 points, and as I talked about on the show this morning, I'm expecting more pain for stocks through the end of the year, similar to the price action we saw back in 2018. Midterm elections aside, there are some major issues facing this market and the economy in general, which is why I'll be live tonight at 8 PM ET for my emergency townhall meeting -- make sure [you're signed up]( I'll be talking about the specific ways I'm trading this market in the coming days and weeks. I'm hoping to replicate some of the success of Chris Johnson, who yesterday dished out a solid trade on Coinbase (COIN) ahead of the stock's pullback. CJ was back at it again this morning, recommending a trade on Paypal (PYPL): Buy-to-Open Nov 18 2022 $77.50 Put for $2.00 or better As always, check the price of the option before you simply jump into any trade recommendations. I noticed PYPL is following the broad market trend lower today, so those puts are likely a bit more expensive by now. Fixing NFLX Stock This morning on the show we had a discussion about Disney (DIS) and Netflix (NFLX). With DIS sliding post-earnings and NFLX reportedly looking at live sports, I gave my take on how the two companies could find a path forward. [WATCH: Fixing NFLX stock]( More coming soon, traders. I'll see you all tonight for my townhall meeting at 8 PM ET in the free trading room. Don't miss it!
