[Watch his shocking presentation here](. --------------------------------------------------------------- BEST RECESSION EVER!!! By Kenny Glick Hello, VWAPians! The Warlock - Kenny Glick - here. Even though I'm Costa Rica bound, that doesn't mean that I'm not keeping track of what's going on with the markets. And man, after all the fear and doubt, I gotta say...this is the best recession ever! I heard all week about recession and preparing for bear markets and that stocks STINK... Then look at what's happened. We've done nothing but go up since then! Everyone else is telling you to sell. Well in [Warlock's World]( VWAP is telling us to buy! Sometimes I think this is a test of my sanity. It's like those old silly stock market mantra from Warren Buffett: "Be fearful when others are greedy and be greedy when others are fearful." I prefer 8-Baller's version: "Buy the blood." Both of these are contrarian phrases - meaning that there's profitable opportunities going against prevailing market trends or sentiment. So even with all the macro factors and while financial media fat cats spew whatever fear they want about the market... I know that me, 8-Baller, and the entire [Warlock's World]( family will continue to trust in the power of VWAP to trade. Yesterday during the [Warlock's World]( live stream, 8-Baller shared this image: In Warlock's World we're here to help you. All that depression and anxiety on this chart? You don't have to deal with it. Just stick to the trades that work, all centered around the only indicator you'll ever need - Volume Weighted Average Price, aka VWAP. New to VWAP? Start your journey down the path of trading salvation with a headfirst dive into the first chapter of the VWAP bible. Trading room highlight - the Island Reversal I may not be on an actual island during my vacation...but it sure feels like it! 8-Baller was apparently feeling island fever as well as he found this interesting pattern (highlighted in the white circle) developing on the Bed Bath and Beyond (BBBY) daily chart during yesterday's [Warlock's World]( live stream. 8-Baller let the live stream viewers know that this pattern appears to be a developing island reversal. An island reversal is a rather uncommon chart pattern defined by price gaps on either side of a grouping candlesticks. As you can see on the chart, BBBY has recently gapped down significantly after the stock reported earnings. The overall trend on the daily chart was to the downside. This could mean that the BBBY share price could be bottoming soon and may reverse to the upside. An island reversal has five standout characteristics: - A lengthy trend leading into the pattern - An initial price gap - A cluster of price period that tend to trade within a definable range - A pattern of increased volume near the gaps and during the island compared to preceding trend - A final gap which establishes the island of prices isolated from the preceding trend. This example currently has the first four of the five characteristics. This could mean that there is further upside for BBBY stock in the coming days. I'm not saying that BBBY is definitely going to breakout to the upside. But after seeing this pattern, it would make sense to keep an eye on this stock for breakout potential. This is what 8-Baller brings to the table. There's not many traders who recognize this pattern. That's why I know that [Warlock's World]( is in more than capable hands while I work on my own island reversal - flipping over to make sure I get an even tan! That's all for now, VWAPians!
