Let the sun shine! This week is summer solstice, the longest day of the year and a milestone celebrated around the world, from [Stonehenge]( [Sweden]( [Harvard University](. This weekend also brings [Juneteenth]( the longest running holiday commemorating the end of slavery. It is a time for reflection and a time for celebration. With just about every Juneteenth event going virtual, we all get to take a peek at how it's [celebrated]( [across]( [the]( [country](.
And rounding out the weekend's festivities: Father's Day, celebrating the fella who's the longest in the tooth. Through our [Poppins@Home]( platform, Mommy Poppins is hard at work finding virtual summer camps that are so good you'll just think of them as camp. This week we present you with four upcoming Snapology camps. Kids can learn to master the Force in [Jedi Camp]( save the day in [Superhero Camp]( and develop full fledged STEAM powers at [STEAM Lab Camp]( If you're looking for a party,[Fashion Class]( has this one all sewn up (ya see what I did there?).
And finally, if you missed any sessions in our [2020 Camp Fair]( last week, you can still catch them all online! There are "booths" to explore for in-person and virtual camps all over the country, as well as recordings of camp presentations and key note addresses by experts (like the American Camp Association).
Check our [event calendar]( for even more family concerts, engaging stories, and star-studded virtual events. Our [Stay-at-Home Guide]( has hundreds more activities and ideas of things to do.
