Hello {NAME}, You have probably received a dozen or more emails about the developing coronavirus situation. This is a crisis on a global scale, and it is hitting many of those of us who live, love and work in music extremely hard. For many artists, DJs, nightclubs and festivals, live events are often the majority of their income, if not the entirety. As we enter a new reality where events are cancelled for a significant period of time, the creative community and many of the institutions we love face an extremely challenging financial future. We have spent the last week consulting with our partners, friends and creative community around the world. It is clear that there are no silver bullets, but now more than ever we need to support creators. We launched Mixcloud SELECT [ ] last year as a way for people to support creators they love. The goal is simple: to help creators find new sustainable economic models, and to help fans to get closer to creators. Today we are immediately waiving our SELECT revenue share for the next 3 calendar months, giving SELECT channel creators 100% of the income after the underlying artists and songwriters played in their shows have been paid. See if your favorite creators are on SELECT here [ ]. If you are a creator, find out more about the tools and resources available to you on our blog here [ ]. Thank you for being part of the Mixcloud community. Stay safe, Nico, Mat, Nikhil Mixcloud Cofounders Disable these notifications at

Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
