Dear Friend, Michigan voters have spoken, and they said YES to Proposal 3 and to restoring the reproductive rights we’ve had for 50 years! We are thrilled the will of the people has been affirmed. Because of you, Proposal 3 has successfully restored the reproductive health care standards of Roe v. Wade in Michigan! From the beginning, Michiganders have fueled Proposal 3’s campaign to protect abortion rights in our state. Thanks to the tireless work of countless volunteers, supporters, donors, doctors, nurses, attorneys, and other advocates committed to protecting safe access to reproductive health care, Proposal 3 is now law. We couldn’t have done this without you, Friend. Thanks to you: - The protections of Roe have been restored. - Women will keep the rights we’ve had for 50 years. - A dangerous 1931 law that would have made abortions a crime is not enforceable. - Doctors retain access to all life-saving treatment options available. - Women have the freedom to make their own decisions about reproductive health care.
