Try Testmo free! --------------------------------------------------------------- Hi everyone, This week, I've been thinking a lot about planning and how we communicate. We've just wrapped on our biggest online conference of the year - TestBash World - there was a wealth of incredibly useful talks and activities. One that I got to enjoy was "Game-Based Learning of Testing Skills" with Ajay Balamurugadas and Rahul Parwal. I think it's fair to say most of us were on the edge of our seats during some of the games, it really drove home the importance of good communication between team members. Not only clear instruction but the idea of a shared understanding. If you missed any of the talks, the recordings will be available to all of our [Pro members]( in a week or two, so keep your eyes open. For those of you that were able to attend TestBash World, you might be now wondering what to do with all of these ideas swirling. Dan Barrow wrote a great article [Keeping the Conference Momentum Going]( that can help you turn those ideas into plans that you can take action on. I wanted to say a big thank you to our Pro members. It's because of you that we were able to make TestBash World open to the entire community. The sponsorship helped, but without our Pro members, we simply would not have been able to make it free to attend. So thank you. We appreciate how much your support the testing community by supporting us. If you'd like to support your fellow testers with the added bonus of access to a huge amount of learning resources, [become a Pro member]( One last note on planning. We had multiple brilliant 99 Second talks throughout TestBash World, Vernon Richards gave a great talk about planning your career. Pick an aspect that works for you and follow it - whether it's people, tools, or business - he's done a great [blog post on it too](. If you need more inspiration, this Club post - [3 Things That Have Helped Me in My Testing Career]( help. I could chat more about all the inspiration from TestBash World, but I'll stop there. — Áine, MarketingBoss --------------------------------------------------------------- This newsletter is kindly supported by Progress [Building Reliable Web Element Locators for Test Automation]( Finding elements on a page is a common challenge for QAs, especially if the elements lack unique attributes.
