We've just wrapped on our biggest online conference of the year - TestBash World - there was a wealth of incredibly useful talks and activities. One that I got to enjoy was "Game-Based Learning of Testing Skills" with Ajay Balamurugadas and Rahul Parwal. I think it's fair to say most of us were on the edge of our seats during some of the games, it really drove home the importance of good communication between team members. Not only clear instruction but the idea of a shared understanding. If you missed any of the talks, the recordings will be available to all of our [Pro members]( in a week or two, so keep your eyes open. For those of you that were able to attend TestBash World, you might be now wondering what to do with all of these ideas swirling. Dan Barrow wrote a great article [Keeping the Conference Momentum Going]( that can help you turn those ideas into plans that you can take action on.
