Could food help alleviate feelings of anxiety, stress, sadness and depression? If you are having trouble viewing this email, [click here.]( [Mindvalley Logo]( Most people tend to only think about how food affects their body shape and weight.  But how many of us think about how our food affects our brain?  You see, we recently ran a massive audience-driven survey among our WILDFIT students about the biggest transformations they experienced during the 90-day challenge.  And the results even caught us by surprise.  Now, the #1 transformation people reported was, as you’d expect, [weight loss](. It’s the most obvious visual change people notice first.  But what came in #3 was something we didn’t see coming.  Increased sense of [mental wellbeing](.  Thousands wrote in things like:  “My depression is over.”  “My long-term sadness has gone.”  “I’m happy again for the first time in 10 years.”  “I just spoke to my doctor, and I’m coming off of my meds. I no longer need to take my antidepressants.”  We were shocked (in a good way).  But what’s really going on here?  According to WILDFIT creator Eric Edmeades, there are typically two reasons.  Firstly, our Western diet often leaves people malnourished. Meaning you could be missing key nutrients, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals that could be negatively impacting your psychology.  The second reason could be the preservatives and stimulants you’re unknowingly consuming through your food that could be triggering anxiety and depressed moods.  This is why learning how to fix your relationship with food – so you naturally gravitate towards the right foods your body actually needs – is so crucial.  Both for your physical wellbeing and your mental health.  And this is exactly what Eric Edmeades will be showing you how to do in this week’s Mindvalley Masterclass.  [Registration is free and you can book your spot here >>]( [Eric Edmeades]( [Watch the Masterclass]( Keep Evolving, [Vishen Lakhiani Signoff] Vishen, Founder - Mindvalley Author of [The Code of the Extraordinary Mind]( and [The Buddha and the Badass]( Follow The Real Me on [I]([nstagram]( Step into your greatness [Join Mindvalley Today](www.mindvalley.com/membership?otag=footer) [Get it on Google Play](   [Download on the App Store]( [Mindvalley on Facebook]( [Mindvalley on Twitter]( [Mindvalley on Instagram]( [Mindvalley on Youtube]( [Mindvalley on Linkedin]( [Mindvalley on Telegram]( [Support Center]( | [Privacy Policy]( | [Unsubscribe]( | [Log In]( 14525 SW Millikan Way #31545 Beaverton, OR 97005-2343
