What if you could upgrade yourself like you were a video game character? If you are having trouble viewing this email, [click here.]( [Mindvalley Logo]( What does this 1980s video game have to do with hacking your mind, body, spirit and performance? [Quantum Jumping]( The screenshot above is of a game I was obsessed with when I was a 12-year-old kid.  It’s called Rings of Zilfin.  (And yes, for our younger audience, this was considered “state-of-the-art” graphics.)  In this game, you were in control of the main hero called Reis.  You’d galavant across a mystical world, defeat a bunch of enemies, and power up your many skills and attributes (endurance, charisma, speed etc) so you can eventually take on the final boss — Lord Dragos.  I loved this game.  But I was also a very impatient kid and wanted to complete the game faster. So I taught myself computer programming and figured out how to hack the game.  By meddling with the code, I could max-out all of Reis’ skill points and made him virtually invincible. I blitzed through the game in record time and – much to my delight – turned Lord Dragos into ash.  I’m obviously no longer a 12-year-old kid.  But the idea of hacking oneself has always intrigued me.  Just like this video game, could there be specific attributes of ourselves we could ‘hack’ to drastically boost our levels of happiness, performance, and inner peace?  I believe there are.  After years of research and self-experiments, I discovered that there are six distinct qualities that, once you learn how to ‘hack,’ can have you living your best life.  And learning how to hack them is the subject of my brand new book…  [The 6 Phase Meditation Method]( [Quantum Jumping]( The 6 Phase Meditation Method is now available for pre-order.  And by the way, if you pre-order your copy from any of the bookstores listed on [this page](, you’ll also receive these two incredible bonuses: - Instant access to the 6 Phase Meditation Quest - 1-year access to our entire 500+ Mindvalley Meditations library But that’s not all…  If you’re thinking of gifting my book to your colleagues, friends and family, just know you’ll be getting an additional bonus when you pre-order five copies.  [More details on this page >>]( Keep Evolving, [Vishen Lakhiani Signoff] Vishen Founder - Mindvalley Author of [The Code of the Extraordinary Mind]( and [The Buddha and the Badass]( Follow The Real Me on [Instagram]( Step into your greatness [Join Mindvalley Today](www.mindvalley.com/membership?otag=footer) [Get it on Google Play](   [Download on the App Store]( [Mindvalley on Facebook]( [Mindvalley on Twitter]( [Mindvalley on Instagram]( [Mindvalley on Youtube]( [Mindvalley on Linkedin]( [Mindvalley on Telegram]( [Support Center]( | [Privacy Policy]( | [Unsubscribe]( | [Log In]( 14525 SW Millikan Way #31545 Beaverton, OR 97005-2343
