Sharing a beautiful speech from Mindvalley with Esther Perel If you are having trouble viewing this email, [click here.]( [Mindvalley Logo]( Two updates for you today. First, I wanted to share this video from a famous talk that Esther Perel delivered at Mindvalley’s stage a few years ago. As she says in the video, “Sex isn’t something that we do, sex is a place we go.” Not only is Esther Perel a couples therapist, but she is also a psychotherapist who has worked with many people who experience powerful emotions related to loneliness.  Her theory that the tension between the need to have a stable relationship and the need for self exploration is the main challenge on how to deal with loneliness. And this talk just surpassed 1.3 million views on Youtube. Watch it (29 mins) if you’re curious about how to balance the desire for sex with the commitments of a stable relationship.  Here’s the link:  (And don’t forget to subscribe to Mindvalley on Youtube) Now my next update is even bigger.  If you enjoy talks like this, come attend one of Mindvalley major events around the world. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
