[Kris Konsap]( Take for example, Kris Konsap from Estonia. The vast improvement of his upper body musculature is incredible. But what these pics don’t show you is how much more energy he now has, which as an entrepreneur, was previously limiting his professional growth. [Monique]( Monique Schuldt is one of our Mindvalley employees and a self-proclaimed gym rat. Like many, she used to think that getting a toned body meant going on hour-long runs on a treadmill. She then switched to 10X and achieved what is called ‘body recomposition’ - burning fat and building lean muscle. [Lawrence Tuazon]( Mindvalley Member Lawrence Tuazon became an amputee in Feb 2020. Due to his decreased mobility, Lawrence not only put on weight, he also experienced significant muscle atrophy. But after starting his 10X journey in Oct 2020, he dramatically turned his physique around in just 3 months. [Veronica Stangio]( You probably wouldn’t be able to tell from these pics alone, but Veronica Stangio from Australia is over 50 years old. Like many her age, she was worried about losing her strength (especially after a shoulder injury). But after 10X, she not only improved her strength levels and physique, but also her mental health and confidence. [Darcy Hayes]( When 59-year-old Darcy Hayes from the US shared her numbers after completing 10X, we were blown away. She lost 26.4 pounds, 4.4 inches off her waist, and dropped a whopping 9.3% body fat. Congratulations Darcy. [Aviram Trachtenberg]( Like so many others, Aviram Trachtenberg could never find the time to commit to conventional hour-long workout routines. So he tried 10X. And well, his results speak for themselves. [Daiva]( The speed at which our 10X students see their body transform often surprises them. And Daiva from Ireland is no exception. After three months on 10X, she was shocked to find that her clothes felt a lot looser. On closer inspection, she noticed she’d lost excess fat on her legs, her muscles felt firmer and she dropped two dress sizes. [Szimonetta Banai]( Szimonetta Banai always felt she was too skinny and weak. So her goal with 10X was to gain more strength and lean muscle mass, which she achieved with flying colors. Best part is that she also healed old joint pains and her sleep quality improved significantly. [Jason Jones]( Jason Jones from Ottawa, Canada looks like he just turned back time. At 51 years old, Jason sent us this pic of his 10X results and told us how much fitter and trimmer he has become. [Arantxa Orbegozo Rezola]( Arantxa Orbegozo Rezola from Spain was already in great shape at 59. What she didn’t realize was that she was still below her strength and fitness limit. Through 10X, she dropped more body fat and replaced it with lean muscle mass. (Pay attention to her impressive back musculature in the pic on the far right.) [Melanie Marxers]( Ever find yourself making excuses to not do any form of fitness? This was Melanie Marxer’s story too, which led to a lack of strength and back pain. Melanie joined our very first 10X class and her transformation is night and day. [Kevin Elzie]( Kevin Elzie went from 251.5 lbs to 226.1lbs over the course of his 10X journey. That’s over 25lbs. He also increased his strength across the board by 40%. Best part is, Kevin’s just getting started and told us that 10X has now become part of his lifestyle.
