Some people call it ‘Kriya’ If you are having trouble viewing this email, [click here.](  [Mindvalley Logo](  {NAME}, I don’t often talk about this in public. Because I have a feeling if I did, it’d raise more than just a few eyebrows.  Let me explain… Back in 2017, I attended an extraordinary meditation retreat using advanced neuro-training to shape your brainwaves. Some of you may remember me posting this picture at that retreat on social media.  [Vishen Lakhiani](  What you’re seeing here is me in a deep state of meditation with sensors measuring my brain waves in real time.  Meditating with the aid of advanced biofeedback machines like this can take you into some interesting altered states of consciousness (similar to what you get with plant medicine).  And during one of these sessions, I experienced something unexpected. It felt as though someone was shaking my chair. At first I was convinced that it was one of the scientists monitoring me playing a prank. Except I knew I was the only one in the room. (The scientists were in a separate room monitoring my brain waves .) Then it occurred to me. I was having a Kriya experience. For those unfamiliar with the term, a Kriya experience is often described in spiritual texts as a mystical experience where energy just seems to flow through your body. Then I received what I can only describe as ‘downloads’ of information into my mind. These were visions about what I was meant to do in the world. But before I could even start doubting whether I could even accomplish these visions, I received another download. This time, it was a technique. A technique that would supersede everything I had used in the past to achieve my goals like visualization. Well, for the last 4 years, I’ve been using this very technique to essentially bend reality around me to accomplish my biggest goals and visions. And this coming Monday August 9th, I’ll be hosting a 2-hour coaching session with our Mindvalley Pro Members on how to use this technique in their own lives. Now, like I said earlier, this is a highly advanced technique. And perhaps for some of you, you may not be ready for it. But if you’re bold enough, then I invite you to become a [Mindvalley Pro Member]( with the link below and I’ll see you at my upcoming coaching session. Pro is a version of Membership where I personally guide some of our members with spiritual and shamanic practices I’ve studied around the world. I also teach how to bring these practices into the physical world of work, health and relationships.  [The Art of Bending Reality](  [Become Mindvalley Pro Member here >>](   August Coaching Session for Mindvalley Pro Members Topic: The Art of Bending Reality  Date: Monday, August 9th 2021 Time: 8am PDT | 11am ET | 4pm London | 11pm Hong Kong [Become a Mindvalley Pro Member to join >>]( Keep Evolving, [Vishen Lakhiani Signoff] Vishen Lakhiani Founder - Mindvalley Author of [The Code of the Extraordinary Mind]( and [The Buddha and the Badass]( Follow The Real Me on [I]([nstagram]( Unlock the full Mindvalley experience: [www.mindvalley.com/membership]( Download the Mindvalley App: [Download on the App Store](   [Get it on Google Play](  Need help? Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
