Exciting news coming soon.  Hi {NAME}, I recently got back from the first ‘true’ holiday

Exciting news coming soon.  Hi {NAME}, I recently got back from the first ‘true’ holiday of the last one year. I managed to find a way to visit The Maldives to spend some amazing quality time with my kids and to break away from the cold, dark Estonian winter. In the pic below I’m proudly teaching my little girl how to snorkel.  [Vishen in holidays](  But what surprised me was how expensive taking a holiday had become. I assumed that flights and hotels would be cheaper. Not true. In the few countries which are currently open for tourism (The Maldives being one of them) prices have soared, and this was one of the most expensive holidays I ever took. Yet, I believe the returns on this holiday far outweighs the cost. And here’s what I mean by that. Whenever I’m on holiday at a beautiful location, I set aside 30-60 minutes every single day to gaze out at the scenery around me (in this case it was the beautiful ocean) and update my life plan.  [Vishen in holidays](  And if you’ve been following Mindvalley, then you know that my life plan sits in a methodology called Lifebook. A Lifebook is a 100-page guide to how you want your life to unfold. Call it a manifesto. Call it a goal book. Call it a life plan. It doesn’t matter what you call it. The people who do it call it the most valuable item in their possession. For me and tens of thousands of others, my Lifebook is my life broken down into 12 different categories – going into deep detail into my beliefs, my vision, my purpose and my strategies for each. But this email is not about Lifebook (although you can learn more on this page: [mindvalley.com/lifebook]()... … This email is simply about the importance of carving out time to go deep into our Life Vision and to re-examine our goals. Especially when the world is changing so rapidly. And so I want to suggest that no matter where you are, you take that time to think about and write down that vision for your life and who you want to be. I get that not everyone can travel to a beach location. But I’m sure we can all find a place that can get our inspirational juices flowing. - A tree to sit under. - A co-working space with a view. - Or simply your favorite corner of your home where you can curl up with a blanket, a hot cup of tea and some soothing music playing in the background. ;-) Whatever helps you better contemplate your life plan. These are often the most valuable minutes we can spend. Now, there is a lot of talk in the spiritual movement about living in the present. And it certainly has its uses. But we need to also balance that with envisioning for the future. Now for those of you who are Mindvalley Members and have a Lifebook, I want you to know that both programs are about to be integrated. What you’re seeing below is just a little preview of Mindvalley’s new curriculum structure that will be powered by a brand new artificial intelligence.  [Lifebook categories](  It will be able to help you look at your life from 200 different outcomes related to human transformation. (Above is just a tiny slice of those outcomes.) And it will then be able to recognize what you’re writing down in your Lifebook (using machine learning) and help identify the right content, lesson or technique you need to focus on to move you towards your goals. This means that within a year or so, if you have your goals captured in Mindvalley in a structure like Lifebook, our curriculum will be adapting itself individually to YOU to help you achieve your goals. I’m really excited about this and I’m building this because I want this for myself. I want Mindvalley’s AI to guide me into the right meditation, right content, right training to effortlessly move me towards the visions I have for myself. And I want this for all of you. For too long, education has been about standardized curriculums often set by the government. I want my children and our community to have a customized curriculum to your hopes, your dreams, your soulprint and your vision for the world. And I’m thrilled that this is coming soon. Thank you for being a Mindvalley Member. If you’ve never tried Lifebook, you should check it out [mindvalley.com/lifebook](. And if you’re not yet a Mindvalley Member, you can join us at [mindvalley.com/membership](. Both are separate programs as Lifebook is a separate company owned by Jon and Missy Butcher. But because of our friendship, we’re ensuring our platforms are going to be unified. I’ll talk to you again tomorrow and I hope this email brought you some interesting insights.   Keep Evolving,  [Vishen Lakhiani][Vishen Lakhiani signature]  Vishen Lakhiani Founder - Mindvalley Author of [The Code of the Extraordinary Mind](.
