Here’s a simple trick to curb your cravings. If you are having trouble viewing this email, [click here.](  Hi {NAME}, One of the highlights of our Masterclass with Eric Edmeades this week, which really helped me stop my food cravings, is the concept of [The 6 Human Hungers.Â](  [Find Out What They Are Here](  [Important To Fill](  You see, we’ve been trained to believe that hunger is a signal to put food in our mouth. But what if that’s NOT what your body wants? Let me give you one type of hunger… which is thirst. For our ancient ancestors, clean water was scarce. So they would get most of it from their food. Which is why we evolved to feel hungry when we’re actually just a little thirsty. So after listening to Eric, I learned this simple trick... After 5 pm every day, I would get a little hungry in the office. But I realized that this happened because I was drinking around 2-3 cups of coffee a day (which drains water out of your body) so I was getting dehydrated. My previous ritual was to snack on a protein bar, or some fruits and nuts to satisfy my hunger. Now, I just drink two glasses of water and the hunger pangs disappear. Try it yourself and see. So what about the [other forms of hunger](? Well, here are a few hints... Did you know one of the hungers has a lot to do with how your mother raised you and dealt with you when you cried as a child? Another hunger is not even a hunger. It's a limitation of the English language and causes so many of us to unnecessarily eat when we're not meant to. Check out this quick video as Eric reveals some of the fascinating reasons why we feel ‘hungry’. Because when you know the truth, you’ll be able to stop unconscious bingeing, cut your cravings, and regain confidence about your food choices.
