This is how my body has evolved over a 2-year period.  [Change alt text here](  [Learn How Here](  The first picture (March 2016) I took at week 1 of the WILDFIT program. When you start the program, you too will be taking this initial picture. And it’s an important one. Because by the end of the 13-week process, you will not believe how different you will look and feel. The middle picture was the result after just 90 days. Now, for those of you who say it’s a trick of lighting, let me give you some additional data. My body went from 22% body fat to 15%. For a male over 40, 15% is considered very good. And two years later (final picture), I didn’t put back on any of the weight I lost. In fact, my body shape got even better. But here’s what the pics don’t tell you. Yes, the weight loss was certainly a welcomed bonus (and as you can see in the image below, it is quite apparent even in the shape of my face.)  [Change alt text here](  But my immune system was also far more resilient than ever before. Prior to WILDFIT, I would get some form of a cold every 3 months or so -- thanks to the germs my kids would transport back home from school. Now, I can’t even remember the last time I felt sick.
