The world is evolving... But you don’t have to figure out how to stay ahead by yourself. If you are having trouble viewing this email, [click here.](   [Mindvalley](   Hi {NAME}, As many of you know, I recently relocated from Malaysia to Tallinn, Estonia. Below is me and my son, Hayden, on scooters as we check out his new school.   Change is not easy. Our kids had to change schools and I now have to design a whole new way of life. All the way from finding a new apartment to figuring out how to be a remote CEO to the 250-person Mindvalley team in Malaysia. But I made this decision for my children and their mother. I know my kids are better off in Europe where some schools are open (as opposed to Malaysia where it’s close indefinitely due to COVID 19).
Now, if you’ve ever found yourself in a new city or country for an extended period of time, it can be tough.
And sometimes lonely - even if you have your family with you. But if you’re able to get to know the people around you, it gets a whole lot easier to get business done, to find the ideal neighborhood to live in, and to make beautiful new friendships. One of the first things I’m doing in Tallinn is building up my network because ultimately I know that the most important thing that will affect my experience here is not the city but who I know in the city. So I’ve put together a well structured plan to become deeply connected with the right people in Tallinn. Potential friends, allies, engineers whom I can hire, entrepreneurs that can inspire me and potential mentors whom I can learn from. This entire plan is put together in such precision that when I share with my friends they are wowed. However, this plan is not something I conceived on my own. I learnt this from the brilliant mind of Keith Ferrazzi, the world’s top expert in authentic networking.   Keith’s strategies have already helped me build massive networks in cities like Los Angeles. So whenever I’m L.A., I’m literally a message away from reconnecting with some of my closest friends and allies (who often bring their network of people with them). Keith is also our newest teacher in Mindvalley and I want you to know that what we are going to be talking in this week’s Masterclass is not just relevant if you move to another city. It’s relevant to anyone going through a period of change right now. Because in life what’s more important is who you know and not what you know. Attend this masterclass where we are going to go deeper in becoming a super connector and where I will be sharing how I always have the right people around me to make my dreams a reality. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
