How do we connect deeply with others when the world seems shut down If you are having trouble viewing this email, [click here.](   [Mindvalley](   Hi {NAME}, Have you heard the story of the 11-year-old golf caddie who grew up to become one of the most connected people in the world? Well, it’s not your typical rags to riches story. Rather, it’s a beautiful tale of the power of [nurturing deep, meaningful connections.](   You see, this young boy didn’t become a golf caddie out of some deep love for the sport. He did it out of necessity. His father was an unemployed steelworker who took odd jobs after the collapse of the American steel industry. His mother was a cleaning lady. And the small $20 a day he earned at the local Golf & Country Club went to helping his family put food on the table. But being a golf caddie also exposed this young boy, who grew up in poverty, to the exclusive world of the wealthy and successful. He observed how they connected, did business, and introduced one another to new opportunities. And the one question that constantly stuck in his mind was: “How could I be part of this network?” This became his obsession. Despite his young age and his social class, he would slowly forge surprisingly deep and caring relationships with patrons of the club. He observed the intricacies of how people connected - made friends - opened doors for each other. And as we observed, he became a master of the art. Soon, he learned how to play the game. And each new connection opened new doors. Years later, the trust he built up with one of the club members gave him the chance to earn a coveted spot at Yale University – and his ticket out of poverty. Sounds like the plot of a feel-good Disney film, doesn’t it? But it isn’t. This is Keith Ferrazzi’s story – Mindvalley’s newest teacher, a [master of authentic networking](, and one of the most connected people on the planet today.   I recorded a new Masterclass with Keith on the art of connecting authentically because in a time of quarantines, lockdowns and economic instability, strengthening your friendships and relationships may be the single most important thing you do for your personal well being and professional aspirations. In short: In today's world, it's not WHAT you know but WHO you know that will open the most doors for you. [And this new free Masterclass will show you how you can be possibly the most connected person in any room you walk into.](  [Click Here To Enroll and Learn Free](  [Vishen Lakhiani]  [Vishen Lakhiani's signature] Vishen Lakhiani Founder of Mindvalley and Author of [The Code of the Extraordinary Mind.]( Follow The Real Me on [Instagram.](     Follow Mindvalley on:  [Facebook]( [Instagram]( [Twitter]( [Mindvalley Official on Youtube]( mindvalley official [Mindvalley Talks on Youtube]( mindvalley talks   Download the Mindvalley App: [Download on the App Store](   [Get it on Google Play](  Need help?
