Focus on the right thing and you’ll elevate your life with ease.  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  Hi {NAME}, As you know, we’re re-broadcasting a special Masterclass I recently did on an idea I call ‘[identity shifting](’. And why I believe this is far superior way of achieving meaningful and permanent change in your life.       [Yes, I want to learn how to shift my identity](    You see, the real reason why most people struggle to reach their goals or stick to a new habit is not because of some inherent lack of willpower. Rather, it’s because most people focus on the wrong things… Specifically – the ‘outcome’ or the ‘process’. Here’s what I mean by that. Let’s take the example of weight loss. A lot of people set a goal such as, “I want to lose X number of pounds.” This is an outcome. And that’s a great start because you at least have a north star to head towards. Then there are others who set goals likem “I’ll go to the gym, hire a trainer and workout 3 times a week.” This is the process, which is one level up from just focusing on the outcome. But both these approaches are rarely enough to make things stick. Especially when you find yourself lacking in motivation, or you’re still feeling sore from the last workout, or you had a rough day at work and you’re just too darn tired to drive to the gym. So what’s the answer? In his brilliant book Atomic Habits, James Clear advises not to struggle to change a habit, but to instead focus on something else... Identity. [Build an Identity that makes you rise above the habit altogether ]( In our example, an identity to adopt would be: “I have the body of an athlete and need to work out this body every day.” When you become this person, the process becomes easy and the outcome becomes virtually guaranteed. And in my Identity Shifting Masterclass, I’ll be showing you quickly adopt and internalize 7 key identities that I’ve discovered to have the biggest impact on your quality of life. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
