Is it even possible to work this many hours and NOT get overwhelmed? ‌ ‌ ‌ ?

Is it even possible to work this many hours and NOT get overwhelmed?  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  Hi {NAME}, I was recently in Los Angeles meeting and networking with a lot of remarkable business people doing some amazing work. One of the things I noticed was that these leaders I connected with were clocking crazy-long hours in their work. I’m talking about 60-70 hours or more a week. You would think that this sort of work schedule would be leaving them completely burnt out… [But this wasn’t the case.]( They looked amazing. They were in incredible health. Their relationships were thriving. And not only did they absolutely love their work, they loved their lives. This got me curious. So I asked one of these business people how she does it. Her explanation was simple yet so deeply profound. “I view life from a different lens where burnout does NOT touch me.” From her point of view, the very notion of ‘burning out’ from the work she was so passionate about was just impossible. Which led me to an interesting question: [Is burnout even real?]( Is it possible to shift how you think about stress, being overwhelmed and burnout from work so that it doesn’t exist in your world?
